Meet Lisa Arlt
Lisa is the owner of Arlt & Company and is an 18 year resident of Dayton. She started the business 16 years ago after a long stint in public accounting working for Grant Thornton for 10 years, Brady Ware (locally) for 2 years, and another small public accounting firm in between. She lives in Springboro with her husband Mike and loves having her two adult daughters along with their spouses and kids, living locally as well. Lisa’s loves are her kids, church community, the nonprofits she serves in her accounting business (as well as a few others), and various types of fitness activities-along with a few dinners out to balance life.
Lisa says “I love making new friends and learning about new businesses and nonprofit organizations. I like accounting because it’s very logical and provides practical guidance to business owners; but the main thing I love is the people. Both the clients and network connections as well as our own team. It makes life fun.
